Hanson Lawrie are currently recruiting for, an Office Administrator for a reputable and professional service’s company in Warwickshire. We are looking for someone who is smart in appearance with a good telephone manner as you will be providing a reception service as part of this role.

On a day-to-day basis you will be answering calls and dealing with visitors, whilst juggling general administrative duties, as such we are looking for someone who has Previous experience in as administrative role

To be considered for this Office Administration role, you will need to have the following

  • Experience managing meeting rooms
  • Good attention to detail, problem solving and a flexible approach to work
  • A good knowledge of all Microsoft packages

This is a fulltime permanent, office-based position working 36 hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17.15.
