Admin Assistant

Our client is a highly reputable accountancy practice that provides a full range of accountancy, business planning and independent financial advice to a vast client portfolio. On their behalf, Hanson Lawrie is recruiting for an experienced administrator to support their administration department.

You’ll work as part of a friendly and close-knit team in a modern and open-plan office. Your day-to-day duties will consist of:

  • Formatting and typing letters and other correspondence as required.
  • Producing presentations.
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and directing appropriately.
  • Providing reception cover.
  • Carrying out general office duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Opening and distributing the post.

We are looking for candidates with strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and customer service skills are essential. A professional attitude and a smart appearance are required for this position.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week with one hour for lunch.
